6. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated
Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
Access to the Programme is granted only upon successful full payment
Instalment plans (if offered) must be completed in full—late or missed payments may result in access suspension
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day “Try It and Feel It” Action-Taker Guarantee, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility is based on genuine participation, completion of content, and fulfilment of the conditions listed in the policy.
Refund requests made beyond 14 days from the date of purchase are not eligible under any circumstance.
We do not offer partial refunds.
8. Chargebacks and Fraud
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to request resolution.
Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of the refund policy will result in revoked access and may be pursued through legal means.
9. Digital Product Access
By accessing any portion of the Programme (streaming, downloading, viewing), you acknowledge that the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived.

Harass, abuse, or impersonate the Company or other users
Upload viruses or malicious code

Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
