By accessing or streaming any portion of the Anxiety Relief Programme, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day Action-Taker Guarantee to support you in good faith.

  • Honest Communication Requirement

    • You must provide a written statement explaining:

      • What you attempted

      • Why you felt the programme didn’t meet your expectations

      • Why you believe the programme is not a fit despite your effort

    • This is not a test. We do not ask for perfection—just proof that you genuinely tried.

  • Proof of Engagement

    • We may request evidence of your participation (e.g., internal progress metrics, workbook completion, timestamps).

    • This is only to prevent fraudulent requests and will be handled confidentially and respectfully.

    • Acceptable forms of proof may include screenshots of your course dashboard, timestamps showing video progress, notes and workbook pages you’ve filled in.

Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • No progress made in the programme with no explanation.

  • Requests made after the 14-day window, regardless of your reason.

  • Partial refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

  • Refund requests are granted only once per customer per programme. If you’ve previously received a refund for this programme, you will not be eligible again.

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer across our different programmes (repeat refund seekers).

  • Purchase made via a third-party reseller or affiliate not authorised by the Company.

  • Change of mind, unrelated dissatisfaction, or non-use of the service.

  • Technical issues not caused by our platform (e.g., internet problems, device limitations).

  • Include your explanation and any relevant information.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
